Season, Label, No Appt

Cleaning closets is an uplifting and refreshing task. It feels good to have space, order and control in an area of our lives which we access every day. At the beginning of a season it is a good idea to sort through pieces from last season and remove your ex-treasures. This gives you a chance to make a list of wants and needs for the new season.
When you bring in your items keep these three things in mind:
1) Season: Femme follows retail's season changes. Despite the heat we are accepting transitional, fall and early winter items. Bring items with longer sleeves, in darker tones, thicker weaves and heavier textures. Bring fur, tweed, velvet, wool, cashmere and leather. Bring bags and shoes which should be worn in cooler weather. Play it smart and save your heavy winter items for the first cold snap. Femme begins taking resort, spring and summer items February 1st!
2) In Style: Our clients are savvy shoppers. They keep up with trends and always want to look their best. We aggressively keep up with the changes to labels and styles to mark off the age of each item. Every two years or so, brands change the style of their labels. We will pass on items without the most up dated designs. We take into consideration cuts, colors, shape, fabric, accents and over all presentation. We will accept some vintage handbags, hats, furs and jewelry, but only on a limited bases.
3) Appointment: We do not require an appointment to bring in your clothing. As long as they meet the criteria mentioned today and yesterday when you present them, we will go through your items right then and there. We do not look at items after 5pm in the evening and we recommend waiting if it is raining until it dries up to prevent damage to your clothing or others. We function on a first come first serve basis. Please plan to give us at least 15 minutes to sort your items.

We are excited about looking through your ex-treasures and sharing them with other fashion savvy women in DFW! Let us know how we can help you! With Love!
