Constructing a Wardrobe #5: Finding You!

You've cleaned out the closet, you have restructured and rebuilt from the ground up. You have a rock solid foundation of basics. We salute you for sticking with it and getting that wardrobe under control.
But remember...you're not a robot but a woman with a heart and a soul, a song and a dance! You have passions, interest and a vision for tomorrow. You have hobbies and things you still hope to do!
The next part about construction a good wardrobe is to incorporate you into it. Can I know you if I see you? Can we guess at what a wonderful and creative woman you are when we see your wardrobe? Do we judge you as a woman involved in the world and still alive?
Here's what to do:
1) Jewelry: Find pieces that speak to you. Make sure it makes you smile! If you like big and bold, go big and bold. If you like something feminine and with a story go for vintage pieces. If you like to mix things up, than wear silver and gold together. Never put yourself in a box but leave yourself open to surprise. If you hesitate, pass! If you love! Get it and wear it with joy!
2) Handbags: You work in the corporate world but love boho bags? No problem. Go for a slouchy bag in a beautiful leather! You work in a casual environment but love structured bags? Perfect! No matter what you wear the bag will always take your look up a notch! Be true to you and find a way to make yourself known even in your uniform!
3) Shoes: Nothing makes you look dated faster than your shoes. Keep up with the trends so you communicate your still part of this wonderful world! The amazing thing is low heels, flats and wedges are so "IN" right now! That means there are no excuses for a bad shoe day! Work to find functional shoes which also make you smile. Make sure they're comfortable when you try them on. Don't be afraid to branch out into something red or some animal print!
Feminine is adding 150+ items to the floor every day! Come by and add some soul to your wardrobe staples. Brighten and warm your closet with small things which speak to you. Open yourself up and share with others!
