Femme is opening up a part time position.  Our beautiful Ilisa has had to turn her focus to school and home, and is going to be leaving us soon.  Not to worry!  She'll still come in to shop! :-)  This has opened up the position of data entry and consignment assistance.  The job requires strong computer skills, people skills, customer service and a good fashion sense and knowledge.   You will learn how to accept clothing, work with consignors and prepare items to go out onto the floor.  You will answer phones, check customers out and learn to price items.  

The main skill required for this job is the ability to change focus at a moments notice and then slip right back into your previous task while maintaining a calm and cheerful attitude.  The job is task focused - we have daily goals.  The job is every changing.  You may plan your day, but you never know how it will turn out.  You may have the goal of entering 200 items but have 14 or 15 consignors in.  This job requires an ability to go with the flow.  You have to be content working on a computer for about six hours, but still be good with people.

We are looking for someone who can work three days a week, about six hours.  Our goal would be to have a delightful lady come in from 12 - 6 Thursday - Saturday.  We can be flexible with this schedule, so talk with us about it.

Femme is also looking into opening up some space for Interns from local colleges.  We are providing experience for fashion and business majors.  Never a dull moment around here!
