Constructing a Wardrobe #2: Outfits

We have all been there, done that.
We bought that unbelievably cute item only to realize when we got home and introduce it to the rest of our wardrobe that nothing works with it.
It is just a little more cream than our white blouse, a little not right with our black top or none of our boots work with the length.
Now what?
Femme to the rescue!
Consignment is both the best and worst place to try and match items and make outfits.
The worst because we only have on of each item. We don't get an entire collection of tops in the same cut but different colors and different sizes. The one item we have is the one item we have.
But! That also makes it the best place to try and make an outfit.
Why? Because the boundries are removed! You can move outside the box of basic black or white and try an olive green, purple or a pattern. You can try red with pink, berry with turquoise or gray with coral. You can mix polka dots and flowers, plaids and florals, stripes and dots!
Consignment forces you to stop accepting the easy way out and start dreaming of fashion statements you won't see coming and going!
Sound like more work than play? Not for the Femme team! We love helping you mix and match items. We love building outfits! Nothing makes us happier!
So...Bring in that fashion Oops and let us make it a fashion YAY!
Transfer the challange to us and we will not let you down.
Come in and we'll hang the Under Construction sign out for you!!!
