You can do it even if you can only find 15 minute a day to work on the task. Work in an orderly fashion. Don't take out more than you can deal with in your allotted time. Take action on anything that needs repair or needs to be consigned. Finally, be patient with the process. It doesn't have to be complete in an hour or even a day. Your wardrobe should be a work in progress; think of it as a river, rolling and always changing. An unchanging wardrobe becomes stagnant.
